You only need to register once. Please do not create multiple accounts. After you create a new account, a Y staff member will email you to complete your registration. We encourage you to record your account information in a safe place.

Y Wellness 24/7 provides live, on-demand group exercise classes, sports, and play programs. The platform includes access to thousands of on-demand classes led by instructors throughout the nation. Featured topics include popular interests like fitness training, mindfulness, nutrition, stress management, and more. Participating members represent 29 YMCAs throughout Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and New York.
Our virtual wellness platform celebrates a brand-new engagement experience with over 150 live classes per week and hundreds of on-demand classes led by more than 120 motivating and nurturing YMCA instructors, including our very own Healthy Living Director.
Y Wellness 24/7’s live weekly classes will now include many NEW choices such as:

Y Wellness 24/7 has also added over 20 NEW weekly senior classes! These include ZUMBA GOLD*, Better Balance, Senior Circuit, and more!
Once you create your account in the virtual wellness platform, you will login and see the primary screen. This screen will feature access to YMCA instructors and teachers from our platform’s participating Y locations, as well as thousands of classes taught by instructors nationwide.
We plan to frequently update our wellness library with new on-demand classes. These will remain conveniently available to you anytime and anywhere you want to participate!
A.: Our virtual platform is INCLUDED with your BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA Adult, Family, Couple, or Senior Membership.
A.: BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA is in the process of welcoming all of our highly qualified, caring, and motivating group exercise professionals to audition for Y Wellness 24/7. Our instructors may choose to participate in this new virtual journey, or not, for whatever reason. We remain so grateful for the presence of all our talented professionals at our Y. We respect each instructor’s right to decide to make the leap to virtual or not as a personal decision.
If you do not see your favorite instructor on the virtual platform, please contact Virtual Platform Staff Ambassador Frank Kopriva. He will be more than happy to recommend instructors to fit your needs.
A.: BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA’s on-demand library will be updated with 60+ classes each Friday.
A.: Yes. There are a few ways to connect to your TV from a mobile device.
STREAM TO YOUR SMART TV
Apple iOS Devices
Use Apple’s native Screen Mirror feature to stream to your Chromecast-enabled TV.
Android Devices
Versions 4.3.6 and newer can stream to devices such as Roku, Fire TV Stick, and Chromecast-enabled TVs by downloading the device’s respective app. Most Android devices can also stream to your properly equipped Smart TV with a universal remote app such as Google TV. Stream to your PC, Mac, or Linux computer with an app such as Unified Remote. These and many other Android apps for Android 5.1 and newer can be downloaded through the Google Play Store, F-Droid, and other app providers.
Due to the variety of devices and operating systems, you may need to consult the help documents or website associated with your specific mobile device and/or smart TV.

A.: No. Y Wellness 24/7 is included in your BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA membership.
A.: No. Although you will begin to see more additional live and on-demand content as we improve the platform, and you may notice videos organized in a different way to allow for easier access and search, your access remains the same.
A.: If you like a specific instructor, we recommend that you use the “follow” feature to save favorite instructors to your account.
A.: Click on a class hosted by the instructor you want to follow.
Navigate to the bottom of the page.
There, you will see three tabs (CLASS, REVIEWS & INSTRUCTOR).
Click on “INSTRUCTOR.”
Then, click on “FOLLOW.”
Our instructors may or may not choose to participate in this new virtual journey. We respect each professional’s choice as a personal decision, and ask that you do the same.

Y Wellness 24/7 has NEW troubleshooting steps:
1. To determine if your connection is strong or there are network issues on your end, navigate to the bottom left of your screen and click on the blue NETWORK button.
2. If network issues are revealed, contact your internet service provider for assistance.
3. If your connection looks good, please contact Virtual Platform Staff Ambassador Frank Kopriva to report the issue.
A.: To re-sync the audio on your device, click the new RESET AUDIO button. This should correct the issue.
If you continue to have audio issues, please contact Virtual Platform Staff Ambassador Frank Kopriva to report the problem.
A.: This could be due to your browser settings. Adjust the settings on your phone to allow Safari (iPhone) or your current browser access to your phone’s camera and microphone.
