𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐥𝐤𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 are designed to give the community of Bedford and surrounding areas a fun and safe way to become stronger and more confident swimmers. In this class, students will learn water safety from the deck and in the water, including basics of stroke mechanics and treading water. They will also learn fun water games to play with friends and family all summer long!
Weekly sessions offered Monday to Thursday from 10am-11am for both age groups (5-8 & 9+)
Dates for lessons are as followed:

🔹August 3-6, 10-13

Let's 𝕊ℙ𝕀𝕂𝔼 things up this summer!! This program is great for Volleyball newbies and seasoned spikers alike! Our trained Y Coaches will lead fun and experimental practices and games that focus on conditioning and the CORE Skills of the game: Passing, Setting, Serving, and Spiking. 🤾♀️
