We will be CLOSED today in observance of Easter Sunday.
Easter is a beautiful reminder that no matter how long the winter, spring always returns. It is a day to celebrate hope, transformation, and the gift of a fresh start.
At the Y, we see "new beginnings" every day—in the first steps of a toddler, the breakthrough of a student, and the resilience of our community. Today, we pause to give thanks for the ultimate victory of life and love.

This isn’t just another practice—it’s a deep dive into the mechanics that shave seconds off your time and power behind your pull.

Technical Precision: Drills to perfect your body position and stroke mechanics.
The "Fifth Stroke": Improving underwater pull-outs and streamlines.
