If you witnessed or suspect that child sexual abuse has occurred at any Y facility in the United States, you may notify Y-USA by completing the YMCA INCIDENT REPORT form. Your report will remain anonymous.
Concerns related to suspected child abuse within the state of Pennsylvania should also be reported to ChildLine immediately by calling 1-800-932-0313. Mandated reporters can file a report of suspected abuse electronically. ChildLine is open 24/7/365.
